BiographyDeborah has lived in Medicine Hat for the last 22 years. She works as an artist and art educator. She has taught in many areas of the visual arts to students of all ages for 28 years. For the last ten years as Instructor of Art Education at Medicine Hat College , she has worked with education students in the area of visual art education. She also coordinates the Youth Docent Program at Medicine Hat Museum and Art Gallery , a program designed to train public school students to facilitate exhibition tours with their peers. An active community volunteer, she has served on many boards including the Medicine Hat Public Library Board and the City of Medicine Hat Cultural Advisory Board . |
